Playa Zafiro Vacation and Retirement Resort

Designed for a developer who wants to build a vacation and retirement seaside resort for US and Mexican citizens.  Five hundred homes, 1000 to 10000 Sq. Ft. in range. A designed downtown that services both local and tourism services. Beach club with sporting amenities, banquet rooms. A boutique ocean-front hotel and bungalows.
