Los Angeles has a housing crisis. Older homeowners are locked into large houses, because of property taxes and capital gains. This older couple requested a two-bedroom ADU for themselves so they could rent out their large home. Nestled in the hillsides of a highly coveted, artistic community, this home could stand on its own without sacrificing style or comfort.
