This gated development of 256 homes offered exquisitely designed homes in a size range of 3500 to 9000 Sq. Ft. Home buyers could choose from French, Spanish and Italian traditional architecture stylings. From the street view, homes appeared to be two-story buildings, but the back of the house revealed three stories, all facing waterways.

The development included a formal country club house, a high-end condominium building and a retail setting similar to One Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills.
